Supervisor / Trainer – October 2009
6 month contract

The Centre requires a person to oversee the delivery of a six month FAS Local Training Initiative Programme. The programme will provide accredited IT training through the delivery of the IC3 programme as well as the provision of a range of other accredited training to assist participants in securing employment.  The successful candidate will be expected to deliver the core components of the programme, organise the delivery of other training modules and to complete all administrative tasks for the programme.
The participants for the programme will be 18yrs + and unemployed and will attend the programme for 20 hours per week.

Minimum Requirements

Microsoft Office Specialist Qualification

A professionally endorsed teaching qualification in Information Technology.

Proven experience of effective delivery of accredited Microsoft Office courses.

Experience of working with the target group (18yrs+ unemployed)

Knowledge of FAS Training Programme requirements and systems would be an advantage
